1. How can I book a flight?
Contact us by phone at +421 910 590 977 or by email at info@simjet.sk and arrange your date. We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance to make sure your preferred slot is available. The service provider reserves the right to cancel a simulated flight due to ongoing simulator maintenance.
2. What are the requirements for participants?
The simulated flight can be taken by persons aged 8 and over, accompanied by an adult. Maximum height 200 cm and maximum weight 150 kg. Persons with impaired mobility, or who use a wheelchair, should discuss taking part with the service provider before the flight. The experience is not suitable for people suffering from epilepsy. People with heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, poor blood clotting, diabetes, mental disorders or addictions should consult their doctor about the suitability of the experience. The service provider reserves the right to refuse an applicant in the event of suspected use of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
3. What must the booking include?
Full name, email and phone number.
4. What are the pre-flight instructions?
We recommend arriving at the address about 10 minutes before your scheduled time. On arrival, simply show your valid voucher on your mobile phone or in an SMS. Instructions for the experience are sent one day before the planned flight by SMS to the phone number you provided when booking.
5. Can spectators attend?
Spectators are welcome and may take photos or film during the experience. The maximum number of spectators (permitted accompaniment) is one person.
6. Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the planned flight. Cancellations made later may be subject to a fee. Contact us at +421 910 590 977 or info@simjet.sk.
7. What about parking?
On weekends you can park free of charge on Banskobystrická or Spojná street, or for a fee on any day. The garage entrance is from Banskobystrická street.
