II. General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the seller and buyer in the provision of services through the website.

2. A buyer is any natural or legal person who enters into a contract with the seller.

3. The seller provides services in the field of simulators and aviation services.

III. Order and Contract Formation

1. The buyer orders services through an electronic order form on the seller's website.

2. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with these terms and conditions and agrees to them.

3. The contract is concluded at the moment of order confirmation by the seller.

4. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order without giving a reason.

IV. Service Pricing and Payment Terms

1. Service prices are listed on the seller's website and are final.

2. The buyer can pay for services in the following ways:

  • Bank transfer
  • Online card payment
  • Cash upon service delivery

3. In case of bank transfer payment, the invoice must be paid within 14 days of its issue.

V. Service Provision

1. The seller undertakes to provide the ordered services at the agreed time.

2. The buyer is obliged to arrive at the agreed time on time.

3. In case of late arrival of the buyer, the service may be shortened by the delay time.

4. The buyer is obliged to follow safety instructions and rules during service provision.

VI. Contract Withdrawal

1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason up to 24 hours before the agreed time.

2. To withdraw from the contract, it is necessary to contact the seller at email address Info@simjet.sk or by phone at +421 910 590 977.

3. In case of withdrawal from the contract less than 24 hours before the time, the seller reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

4. In case of non-appearance of the buyer at the agreed time without prior notice, the service is considered provided and payment is not refunded.

VII. Complaint Conditions

1. In case the service was not provided in accordance with the contract, the buyer has the right to file a complaint.

2. The complaint must be filed in writing at email address Info@simjet.sk within 7 days of service provision.

3. The seller undertakes to resolve the complaint within 30 days of its filing.

VIII. Personal Data Protection

1. The seller undertakes to protect the buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations, especially the GDPR Regulation.

2. Personal data will be used only for contract fulfillment purposes and will not be provided to third parties without the buyer's consent.

3. The buyer has the right to access, correct or delete their personal data.

IX. Liability

1. The seller is not liable for damages caused by non-compliance with safety instructions by the buyer.

2. The buyer is obliged to compensate for damages caused to the seller's property.

3. The seller's liability is limited to the amount of the paid service price.

X. Final Provisions

1. These terms and conditions take effect on the day of their publication on the seller's website.

2. The seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The buyer will be informed of changes through the website.

3. In case of dispute, the parties attempt to resolve it out of court. If they cannot agree, the dispute is resolved before the competent court of the Slovak Republic.

4. These terms and conditions are governed by the legal order of the Slovak Republic.
